Tianjin Institute of Power Sources has researched and developed power conditioning units (PCUs) since 1960’s. The PCU products have been applied in hundreds of spacecrafts in China, such as scientific experimental satellites, communication satellites, meteorological satellites and manned-spacecrafts. Redundancy techniques are adopted in the PCU to ensure high reliabilities. Parameters on orbits demonstrate the high performance of the PCU productions.
